We believe that patients appreciate being informed of our payment policy prior to treatment.  Since approximately 90% of the endodontic treatments we perform are completed in one visit, payment is due at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made.  As a courtesy to you, we bill your dental insurance and will strive to help you receive your maximum reimbursement. However, the filing of an insurance claim is not a guarantee of payment.  The ultimate responsibility for payment lies with you, the patient.  Any outstanding debits or credits will be reconciled after payment is received from the dental insurance.
