Directions

We are located off 60 Freeway between 605 and 57 Freeways, between Hacienda and Azusa Exits.  The plaza is on the SW cornor of Colima & Punta Del Este.

Our address: 16388 E. Colima Road, Suite 111, Hacienda Heights, CA91745.

If you are coming from Los Angeles -

  1. Take CA-60 East.
  2. Take Exit #16 / Hacienda Blvd.
  3. Turn left onto Three Palm Street.
  4. Turn right onto Hacienda Blvd.
  5. Turn left onto Colima Road.
  6. Turn right onto Punta Del Este and immediately the plaza is on your right hand side.  Look for a blue 'ENDODONTIST' sign.

If you are coming from Diamond Bar or San Bernardino County -

  1. Take CA-60 West.
  2. Take Exit #18 / Azusa Ave. 
  3. Turn left onto Azusa Ave.
  4. Turn right onto Colima Road.
  5. Turn left onto Punta Del Este, and enter the plaza immediately on your right hand side.  Look for a blue 'ENDODONTIST' sign.
