Fees

The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the nature and complexity of the procedure.  During your first visit we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved.  Endodontic fees usually range from $800 to $1,500 and are determined on an individual basis.

While we are a fee-for-service speicalist practice, we will endeavor to maximize any insurance benefits you may have.

It is our policy that your care is paid for at the time of treatment.  We accept checks, cash and credit cards.  Should you desire to make monthly payments, we will be happy to assist you in applying for financing.  Care Credit provides a convenient, low monthly payment plan with an interest-free option, and the amount you are approved for can be used for all healthcare visits to the doctors, dentists, pharmacies, optometrists, vets... etc..  Click here to apply www.carecredit.com.

As a provider for Delta Dental Premier and Delta Dental PPO insurances, as well as Cigna PPO insurance, we will gladly accept your estimated portion of the treatment fee and bill your dental insurance.  However, insurance company routinely indicate that coverage verification does not guarantee payment.  In the unlikely event your insurance does not pay the estimated amount, you will be responsible for the remaining balance.  We will assist you to the best of our ability in obtaining the maximum benefits from your insurance.  We will only recommend treatment according to what is best for you, not according to your insurance benefits.

Missed Appointments

We reserve 1 1/2 to 2 hours for your treatment.  Once an appointment has been made, this time has been reserved exclusively for you with appropriate staff to serve your dental needs.  Cancelling without adequate notice makes it difficult for us to meet the needs of other patients.

Minors - Patients under the age of 18

A legal guardian must accompany the minor to his or her appointment and remain in our office during the appointment.  Payment of services for the treatment of minors is the responsibility of the accompanying adult.
