To qualify for the waiver you must:
- Refer an eligible endodontist (an established endodontist who is using another software program---not a graduating PG) and that endodontist must purchase TDO by Dec 31, 2011.
- After discussing with the eligible endodontist why they should convert to TDO and establishing their serious interest, contact Diane and give her your name and the person who is interested in learning more about what TDO can do for them or is willing to at least see a demo of it. Diane will need your name and the referral name and number to keep track of this. The list Diane keeps will be based strictly on the earliest date in cases where 2 people refer the same person. - Diane will contact your referral and educate them on the benefits of TDO. If a sale occurs, one annual tech support fee will be waived upon its incept date. If two referrals are made and consummated, two years of waiver will occur. If five referrals are made and consummated, you won't pay technical support for five years.
